TRANSFORMED WOMAN, TRANSFORMING WOMEN!
Welcome you beautifully complex woman, YOU! Thank you for being here to learn more about WHAT I DO. However, I’ll do my best to share what’s most important and that is WHO I AM. I AM RICHALE! And I am thankful for you being here with me!
Simply put, I’m a woman who is passionate about being me and sharing myself with women like you. An entrepreneur at heart, I have built my life, my business, my ministry around embracing how beautifully complex we are as women of faith.
As an overweight child and young adult, who was body shamed I know what it’s like to be uncomfortable in your own skin. I was challenged to believe that beauty was NOT an outer attribute but inner. As an adult, THIS IS the one thing I know for sure!
My passion is helping you look inside to find and embrace your authentic and beautiful self. I AM, YOU ARE, WE ARE Beautifully Complex!
Blessings from Your Favorite Therapist, Coach, & Sister-Friend, Richale

Motivational Speaker & Life Coach
Get to know the Owner behind the Business
Christy is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who believes that mindset shifting can change your life. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University and a Master of Science Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She has served in the mental health field for over 8 years. As a workshop facilitator, women’s group leader, speaker, and founder of a nonprofit organization, Christy believes that her purpose is to bring healing where there is brokenness.
Christy’s mission is to help women begin their inner healing process, while bringing their hopes and dreams into fruition. Personally, Christy felt stuck, and she often devalued herself. She encountered an emotional detox and rediscovered her true value. Her personal catharsis drives her to serve other women who have similar experiences. She is a strong advocate of you becoming your best self through bringing clarity to your thoughts, exploring emotional trauma, and challenging you to come out of your comfort zone. She believes that you will increase your awareness and find inspiration towards a healthier you.
Christy’s approach to therapy is different yet life‑changing. Therapy with Christy is transparent, liberating, uplifting, and hopeful. She meets her patients where they are by using a combination of treatment modalities called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). You will collaboratively set goals and explore stressors that have kept you from reaching your goals.
“Christy’s mission is to help women begin their inner healing process, while bringing their hopes and dreams into fruition. Whether it’s your career, your relationships, or anything else that’s important to you, I’ll help you develop the habits and skills to effectively deal with the life stressors you may encounter.”
